In line with this vision, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to lead our Electrical & Electronics Maintenance teams at our Mersin cement plant, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment.

In this role, you will drive maintenance excellence by managing maintenance activities, improving equipment reliability, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in line with Çimsa's operational objectives, technical standards, and sustainability approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical power systems in line with company policies, objectives, and strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee short- and long-term maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reduce breakdowns, and optimize maintenance processes.
• Develop and implement maintenance improvement and development initiatives in line with operational requirements.
• Ensure effective maintenance planning, resource utilization, and coordination of daily maintenance activities.
• Lead and develop the Electrical & Electronics Maintenance teams, fostering a strong safety culture and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, technical standards, and company procedures.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrical & Electronics Maintenance, preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector.

Technical Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems, particularly Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
• Good understanding of electrical energy systems, medium-voltage (MV), and low-voltage (LV) systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance management practices, maintenance planning methodologies, and reliability improvement processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably holding a High Voltage Operation Responsibility (Yüksek Gerilim İşletme Sorumluluğu) certificate.
